Canadian Shipping

Within Canada we currently offer flat rate shipping of $15.00 for all orders (before taxes and shipping)*. We ship via Canada Post. Most orders are sent as an Expedited Parcel with insurance and a tracking number; however, some small, flat items may be sent in an envelope as regular mail instead. Delivery in Canada can range between 1 - 11 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us for shipping options/prices.

Shipments Returned to Wee Love

Should a shipment be returned to Wee Love for no fault of Wee Love Baby Co. (eg. delivery refusal, incorrect shipping address provided, etc.), then the purchaser has the option to pay for shipping again (actual shipping rates apply) to have the order resent, or if the purchaser chooses to cancel their order, they will be reimbursed the amount paid minus actual shipping charges. Please note that actual shipping charges may be more than the shipping charge initially paid by the customer.

Packaging/Receipts

As an environmentally-friendly company, Wee Love Baby Co. tries to reduce, reuse and recycle, so you may receive your order in a reused shipping box.  After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email which is your receipt.
